I will be writing mainly about massage, but also about healthy lifestyle, relaxation, well-being; basically about anything which can help make our lives healthier and more satisfactory.

I became professional in 2009, when I passed ITEC exams (holistic massage & anatomy) at the City & Islington college in London. Later, I was developing my interest in different massage techniques, such as deep tissue, thai, indian head massage and trigger points technique. Needless to say, this is adventure has only just begun, and will develop and grow. Knowing that each of the techniques I learn is so beneficial to me and my clients. I love massage and I know that this is my way of life which I want to nourish and share with others, both on this blog and through providing massage treatments.
